| Jonathan Shuff is a fine art photographer who has been creating images with a camera for over 20 years, and enjoys the challenge of capturing the natural beauty that is found all around us. His diverse portfolios include a fresh approach to natural abstracts, destinations, and the pure simplicity of singular objects. In 2001 Jonathan was the Grand Prize winner in the National Geographic Society Escape competition. He traveled with National Geographic Expeditions to South Aftrica, Botswana & Zimbabwe to photograph landscapes and wildlife. Over the years Jonathan has received numerous awards and recognitions for his artwork including the Best in Show award for the prestigious Flint Fine Art Fair and First Place in the National Nature Photography competition by Ritz Camera. His image The Rapids was awarded People's Choice at the Festival of the Arts in Grand Rapids in 2006. Jonathan began to license his artwork in 2009 after designing a line of wall decor for Target. Jonathan lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan with his wife Brooke and their two children Charlie & Catherine. |
